1. Shipping Regions
We currently ship within the United States (including all 50 states and U.S. territories such as Guam, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii) and now also offer international shipping to Canada.
2. Shipping Methods

United States: Orders are shipped via UPS Ground.

Canada: Orders are shipped via UPS Standard.
 
Delivery Time
Orders typically arrive within 7–10 business days. Remote areas such as Guam or Hawaii may require additional time.
Customs Fees & Taxes
- 
U.S. Customers: No customs duties or import-related charges apply.
 - 
Canadian Customers: Customs fees and taxes are covered by the seller. Customers are only responsible for the international shipping fee.
 
3. Fulfillment Process
- 
Unfulfilled: When your order is placed and payment is confirmed, the status will appear as “Unfulfilled.”
 - 
Fulfilled: Once your order is shipped via Amazon Logistics, the status will change to “Fulfilled,” and you will receive tracking details via email.

4. Payment Options
We currently accept PayPal as our primary payment method.
If you prefer to pay by credit card, you may do so through PayPal using the “Pay as a Guest” option — no PayPal account required. Simply enter your card information during checkout.
5. Additional Information

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after the order is placed.
Shipping Delays
While most orders arrive on time, delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, or public holidays.
