Refund Policy For Domestic

Valmora offers a 30-day refund policy. You may request a refund by contacting us at cs@Valmora.com within 30 days from the date of delivery.

If you are dissatisfied with the product due to a lack of results after consuming Valmora products, a 100% refund is guaranteed.


Return Eligibility Before Consumption
To be eligible for a return before consumption, the product must meet the following

Conditions: 

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • All original tags and packaging intact
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt)

Return Process

  • Contact us at cs@Valmora.com within 30 days of delivery to initiate your return.
  • Return requests without prior approval will not be accepted. 
  • Any free gifts included in your order must also be returned.
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
  • If the total value of returned items exceeds $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or insurance

Refunds will be processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected at our warehouse.
If approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.

In some rare cases, we may issue refunds without requiring the product to be returned — this will be determined during the review process.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and take appropriate action to resolve it.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We only accept returns for Valmora products purchased directly from www.Valmora.com. Returns for products purchased from other platforms or outside your original order on our website will not be accepted.

Additionally, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
To process an exchange, the best method is to contact us at cs@Valmora.com. We can guide you through the process to ensure your request is fulfilled promptly.


Refunds
To request a refund, please contact us at cs@Valmora.com. Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.

In some cases, refunds may be processed without requiring the product to be returned. This will be determined during the review process.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at cs@Valmora.com. 

 

Refund Policy For International 

Please be advised that we do not currently accept returns or exchanges for international orders.

In the event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, kindly contact our customer support team at cs@Valmora.com for further assistance. To ensure prompt and accurate processing, please include your order number in all  correspondence.

You will also be required to submit the following documentation:

  1. A clear photo of the outer shipping box, showing the shipping label and tracking number

  2. A photo displaying all items received inside the original packaging

  3. A close-up photo of the damaged or incorrect item

⚠️ Please note that compensation or replacement may not be issued if the required images are not provided.
Kindly ensure that all necessary photos are taken prior to discarding any packaging.
